Let Me Try Again !

This day has been incredibly awful! That may even been an understatement!! Having said that we were given a glimmer of hope! We are beyond broke and it doesn't seem to matter what agency we call, that can't be helped! They love to place blame everywhere else. Welfare blames Social Security, Social Security blames welfare, you talk to someone in 1 office and they send you to another person, who then gives you another number to call! You see our food stamps were cut, they say, because Social Security reported that Shawn has income coming from disability! Funny thing is we have not received any thing stating that from Social Security! Shawn called THREE different offices to find out something. A Case Manager there, feeling a little more than sorry things are going the way they are, did tell us "Yes, Shawn is open and even better, that he will be receiving a retro check for the entire year of 2010". When  and for how much is entirely different question. In the mean time we lose the benefits we have, while waiting on benefits that are coming eventually! That is the glimmer of hope, we will be receiving monies and Shawn has been approved for disability. None of it helps unless it is in the mail TODAY! It has just been terrible! We have arguing with everyone and now we are arguing with each other! The stress in this house is just crazy! This little family just needs a break from this mess! Right now I guess I have take a walk to the nearest grocery store and use my freak'n $8.54 in food stamps to buy some chicken and maybe some milk!
